Sausage Brunch Bake

¾ pound pork sausage
6 beaten eggs
1½ cups milk
2 slices bread, cut into ½ -inch cubes
1 cup shredded American cheese or process cheese spread (4oz)
¾ tsp. Dry mustard
½ tsp. Salt
Dash pepper

In skillet cook sausage till browned; drain well.  Combine eggs, milk, bread cubes, cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper.  Add sausage.  Pour into greased 8x1½ - inch round baking dish.  Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.  Bake in 350* oven for about 45 minutes or till nearly set in center.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.  Makes 4 to 6 servings
