POTATO DELIGHT

1 pkg. frozen O’Brien potatoes
10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and Pepper to taste

TOPPING

½ cup crushed potato chips (I use Pringles sour cream & onion)
¼ melted butter

Combine all ingredients except potato chips and melted butter.  Put in baking dish.  Mix potato chips and butter and sprinkle on top of potato mixture.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
