CINNAMON ROLLS
 
 

                                                2 pkg. dry yeast
                                                2 1/2 c. warm water
                                                Dissolved

                                                Add:
                                                2/3 c. dry milk
                                                2/3 c. sugar
                                                1 T. salt
                                                2/3 c. liquid shortening
                                                2 eggs

                                                Mix together. Then add enough flour to make soft dough (about 8 cups).  Put in greased
                                                bowl and rise to fluffy. Roll out. On the dough spread 1/2 c. melted butter. Sprinkle 1/2 c.
                                                sugar and 1T. cinnamon on the dough.  Roll up and cut about 1" thick.  Let rise.
                                                Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
